The seed for The Little Roaster was planted in the bustling heart of UTS, out of a simple love for good coffee and good food. We wanted to create a place where students, faculty, and visitors could come together to enjoy a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. From the first cup of coffee we served, our mission has been clear: to deliver a culinary experience that delights the senses, fosters community, and pays tribute to the time-honored tradition of coffee making.
